POSITION: Chef De Partie
ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: The Rose and Crown is part of the award winning family run WH Pubs group. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the new team in the Kitchen to create amazing food. Our Chef de Partie will have excellent cooking skills, with the ability to work under pressure, have ambition and flair and want to reach the top of their profession. You will be a great team player with good organisational skills and the ability to thrive in what will be a very busy pub where our reputation for consistently preparing cooking and presenting our dishes to the right quality will be second to none . You will assist the Head chef in influencing good gross profits, hygiene standards, stock rotation and ordering.
