About the role
We're looking for a BBQ & Pizza Shack Chef to join the team at The Rose & Crown on a full-time, permanent basis, working 45 hours per week. An immediate start is available.
You'll be running our outdoor BBQ & Pizza Shack, preparing and cooking fresh pizzas and BBQ dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Key responsibilities
- •Prepare, cook and present BBQ and pizza dishes to a consistently high standard
- •Run the BBQ & Pizza Shack during service, keeping things moving at busy times
- •Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- •Manage stock levels, rotation and ordering for the shack
- •Work closely with the wider kitchen team
What we're looking for
- •Experience cooking in a busy kitchen environment
- •A passion for fresh food, pizza and BBQ
- •Ability to work well under pressure
- •Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- •Good understanding of food hygiene practices
